Dallas, TX (November 18, 2009)––D Custom brought home three awards from the sixth annual Pearl Awards, held November 12 at New York City’s Twenty-Four Fifth. Soraya Darabi, The New York Times; Nicholas Carlson, The Business Insider; and Matt Kinsman, Red7 Media; presented plaques, on behalf of The Custom Publishing Council (CPC). The winners were honored for creating the best in design, editorial and strategic initiatives for B2B and consumer custom media across print and digital platforms.

The 469 entries represented 57 companies in eight countries. D Custom was recognized for outstanding content and design for the following projects:

One Journey, published for Purina One^® Brand Pet Food
· Silver Award for Design in the Best One-Shot category
· Silver Award for Editorial in the Best One-Shot category

Journey, published for First Command Financial Services, Inc.
· Bronze Award for Design in the Best Use of Photography category
