(DALLAS, Texas, September 18, 2006)—D Custom, the custom publishing division of D Magazine, has been named publishing partner for the SMU Cox School of Business publication, CoxToday. D Custom redesigned the publication, providing editorial, art direction, layout, and production expertise.
